He knows how to get there and it is fun exploring everything with his 4 year old eyes. We check out the manhole, excavator and even discover animal paw prints! Imaginative and full of wonderful 'adventure' with gramma.
View morePaddle boarding is a new water sport for me and I failed miserably on my first trip to Hauser Lake. Shane made it looked easy but it wasn't. I spent a week at the gym to improve my balance and today I am so proud to say I did it! We invited our daughter-in-law and grandson to join us to Hauser Lake and had a fun filled day.
View moreA trip to Swiss Garden Resort Kuantan, Pahang gave us a once in a lifetime fishing experience with the local fishermen. They were amazing hardworking people and the community spirit in still prevalent amongst villagers. We ate giant freshly caught prawns cooked for us by one of the men. A wonderful experience we want to repeat one day.
View moreAngkor Wat is the main reason we visit Cambodia. The Angkor Wat is the largest of all temples in the Angkor Archaeological Park. These historical sites are so vast, we only managed to cover a portion of them in a day. If you have watched Tomb Raider movie, Ta Prohm is where the filming took place and is one of the most visited temple here.

It's disheartening to witness how employers treat their foreign workers, limiting them to staying out in the open not by choice.
View moreBatu Caves, located in Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia is a limestone hill that has a series of caves with Hindu temples in them. It is popular with thousands of Hindu worshippers and tourists alike. I have been raving to Shane about the wild monkeys there and was excited to show him the culture and wildlife.
