View moreI think of this Chicken with Crispy Ginger and Black Fungus every time I want to cook a dish using ginger. This dish also call for some Chinese rice wine to compliment the taste of ginger. This is the first time Shane gets to see black fungus up close when I ask him to hold them for me for photo taking. That man is not convince it is tasty.

We arrived in Malaysia two days ago and today we visit AEON BiG at 1 Utama Shopping Centre for some delicious Japanese food. The newly renovated food court has so many Japanese food, we went into a food frenzy! LOL There are so many choices and the prices are fairly decent.
